1:1 Coaching
Help you find your why and achieve your goals. I’ve been in the wellness industry for over 15 years, and have seen many fitness trends, workout crazes, crash diets, and all the other “health” combos that are packaged and sold to consumers. There’s a lot of misinformation that may be overwhelming you.
So, I’ve made it my mission to cut through the hot takes to provide accountable and actionable information and results. As your coach, I want you to achieve the lifestyle and body of your dreams. I also believe in being realistic. My approach to coaching centers on habit formation; small, sustainable changes; holistic nutrition; and exercise that you actually like. What you do physically, mentally, and emotionally doesn’t have to look one way to achieve the results you want. I’ll give you the tools and, together, we’ll find what works for you.

FAQ
I remind all new clients when we start that the first session is mainly for me to evaluate where you’re currently at with proficiency in lifting–this includes mobility work as well! It is important for me to watch competency and form before taking off full steam ahead.
Perhaps the question that I get asked most, and the most frustrating answer that I can give… IT DEPENDS! There are so many different variables that go into this answer, that I simply cannot give a blanket statement that covers everyone’s unique needs.
Another loaded question! Everyone’s body will respond to programming differently. While it is my job to tailor both your nutrition and your programming to each individual client, it is up to the client to implement. What I can definitively say, is that results take time and consistency.
I offer different tiers of packages that cover multiple price points. I do believe that nutrition is a very important piece of the puzzle, however, I also recognize that not everyone is willing and/or able to dive deep into “food talk”.
I hold multiple certifications in both personal training and nutrition. I have found that while there are some very good certifications out there, they are not comprehensive enough for me. I went about acquiring certifications in a manner that would lead to a more holistic approach and understanding of the human body and psyche.
There are thousands upon thousands of coaches out there, but what I can confidently say sets me apart is my level of care. I know how scary it can be to trust someone with your body. I know how intimidating the gym can feel when you aren’t sure of yourself and what you are doing. I know what it feels like to be uncomfortable in your own skin. I approach each and every single one of my clients with empathy and compassion. I am in the trenches with you, and will be there to help pull you out.
