Everyone’s wellness journey is unique. To support you in going after your goals, I offer tiered programs, customized to you, that utilize the Trainerize app.Â
Commit to nutrition only, strength and fitness, or my most comprehensive program that combines all three. We will have weekly check-ins via e-mail, text, or phone call. During this time, we’ll also make any necessary adjustments to your program to ensure you’re headed where you want to go.
For nutrition programs, I incorporate multiple techniques to help you build confidence and mindfulness around nutrition. I have found relationships to food vary widely and each person requires a slightly different approach.
