Elite Online Programming and Nutrition

I offer nutrition only, strength & fitness programming only, or a combination of both bundled together. We will do weekly check-ins for accountability–these allow us to make adjustments to your program where we see fit, as well as make sure that you’re heading in the right direction. All programs are tailored to the individual based on your goals.
I use the Trainerize app for fitness and strength programming tailored to you.
For nutrition programming, I incorporate multiple different techniques for helping people gain awareness and mindfulness around nutrition. I have found that since people’s relationships with food vary so widely, each individual may require a slightly different approach.
