In a world overflowing with information, especially around fitness, nutrition, and body image, my goal is to empower you with knowledge, enabling you to cut through the noise and make informed choices about what makes your body feel most powerful.
I know your health journey is unique. My role as a trainer and coach is to equip you with the tools to achieve your goals. I believe any trainer can create a challenging workout, but what sets me apart is that I give my clients resources and realistic habits to conquer self-sabotaging tendencies.Â
I look at the whole picture of you. It’s a delicate balance. Together, we will partner on a long-term approach to your health. I’ll guide you to sustainable results and a renewed sense of well-being.
I’m also passionate about consistent communication. Whether you’re at the office or traveling across the world for business or pleasure, you can reach out to me with questions and updates. I’ll do the same with you. I want to be considered both an expert AND a friend who is firmly on your team.
With nearly twenty years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve helped athletes build bone density, grandparents strengthen endurance, and busy professionals add fitness and nutrition to their already packed lives. Along the way, I’ve gathered CPT and Functional Movement Specialist certifications from NASM and ACE. I hold countless nutrition certifications from health institutions including Precision Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy Association, National Personal Training Institute, and more.
Many of my clients are women (and, of course, some incredible men) in their 30s, 40s, and 50s from all backgrounds. They all share a common thread of feeling burned out and unclear about what works best for their bodies. My approach sets clients up for long-term, sustainable success, which all comes down to diet, training, and habits. Truly, we can tackle even the wildest of health goals together.
When I’m not in the gym, supporting clients, or building a nutritional plan, you can find me traveling (Croatia and Patagonia are two recent favorites) or eating around Seattle and the East Side. I’m a serious foodie, so don’t be afraid to ask me for restaurant recommendations!Â
