In a world filled with information overload, especially when it comes to nutrition, fitness, and body image, my aim is to empower my clients with knowledge, enabling them to make informed choices and understand the profound impact certain foods have on their bodies.
Recognizing that every person’s health journey is unique, my role as a trainer and coach is to equip others with the precise tools necessary to achieve their goals. While many trainers can create challenging workouts, I differentiate myself by providing clients with the vital resources and realistic wellness habits to conquer self-sabotaging tendencies. It’s a delicate balance. Together, we will embark on a long-term approach to health, guiding you towards sustainable results and a renewed sense of well-being.
One thing that I am super passionate about is making sure we are on the same page. I am here to answer all of your questions and help you feel confident about every step we take together. I want to be considered both an expert AND friend who is here to guide you through your journey for optimal health.
I’ve worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years, helping anyone from athletes to those wanting to build bone density, to new grandparents, to those wishing to find a balanced way to fit fitness and nutrition into their already packed lives. Along the way, I’ve gathered CPT and Functional Movement Specialist certifications from NASM and ACE, as well as countless nutrition certifications from Health Institutions such as Precision Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy Association, National Personal Training Institute, etc.
Many of my clients are women (and, OF COURSE, some incredible men) in their 30s, 40s, and 50s from all backgrounds but with the common thread of feeling burnt out and wanting clarity on what works best for their bodies. For years, I have witnessed people fight the losing battle of constant yo-yo diets, negative self-talk, and putting themselves last–whether behind their careers or families.
